Service terms
The terms for our speed fixes and speed care. In short: we back up your theme first, nothing goes live without your OK, and if anything goes wrong we put your store back the way it was. Claims about your own store, content or apps are yours to cover, not ours.
FirstFrame Service Terms
Version 1.3, 2 Nov 2026
These terms are between you, the business named in the agreement form ("you"), and Inlinex Pte Ltd (UEN 201405408E), trading as FirstFrame ("we", "us"). They cover our speed audit, speed fixes and speed care services. They apply when you tick the box and submit the agreement form, or when you otherwise ask us in writing to start work.
1. What we do
1.1 Speed audit. Read-only. We load your public pages and read Google's public data. We need no access to your store and change nothing.
1.2 Speed fixes. We change your Shopify theme code to make your pages load faster: the fixes listed in your audit report, or as agreed in writing. We change an app's settings only if you approve that app by name.
1.3 Speed care. A monthly re-test, a check after new apps or theme updates, and up to 1 hour of fixes a month.
1.4 We don't touch your products, prices, orders, customer data, payment settings, tracking pixels or analytics unless you ask us in writing for that item by name.
2. How we work on your store
2.1 Before we change anything, we make a full backup: a copy of your live theme kept in your own Shopify admin, plus a written record of every setting we change.
2.2 We build and test every change on a copy of your theme first. Nothing goes live without your OK in writing (WhatsApp or email counts).
2.3 After a change goes live, we check that the live theme matches what we tested.
2.4 You give us collaborator or staff access with theme permissions. We remove our access when the work ends, and you can remove it at any time.
3. If something goes wrong, we put it back
3.1 If a change we made causes a problem, or you're not happy with it, tell us within 3 days of the change going live (or at any time while you're on speed care). We will restore your theme, and any settings we changed, to the backup taken before we started. There is no charge for this.
3.2 The restore covers what we changed. It does not cover changes made after the backup by you, your staff, other developers, apps or Shopify. Tell us if anyone else is working on your theme at the same time, because restoring the backup would also remove their later changes.
3.3 To the extent the law allows, restoring the backup, and the refund in 4.3 where it applies, is your only remedy for any problem caused by our work.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 The audit is free. Speed fixes are S$350 once, unless we quote otherwise in writing. Speed care is S$50 a month, billed monthly in advance, with a minimum of 6 months. After the minimum you can cancel at any time by WhatsApp or email, and it ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
4.2 All prices include GST. We send a tax invoice, payable by PayNow or bank transfer within 7 days. We start the fixes once it's paid.
4.3 If the median of 4 or more runs of Google's PageSpeed test on the fixed pages is not higher than the median before our work, we restore the backup and refund the fix fee.
5. What we don't promise
5.1 PageSpeed scores vary from run to run, even on Google's own test. We don't promise a particular score on any single run, or any particular Google ranking, traffic or sales.
5.2 Shopify, Google, your apps and your theme's developer can change their code at any time. We're not responsible for changes they make.
6. Limits on our responsibility
6.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of sales, revenue, profit, customers, data, search ranking or advertising performance, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.
6.2 To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for everything arising from or connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 6 months before the claim.
6.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6.4 You are agreeing to these terms as a business, not as a consumer.
7. Your part, and your indemnity
7.1 You give us accurate information and the access we need, and you confirm you have the right to let us change the store, including under your theme's and apps' licences.
7.2 You keep your own backups too. Shopify keeps earlier versions of your theme files.
7.3 You will indemnify us: you will cover our losses, costs and reasonable legal fees if anyone else (such as your customers, an app or theme developer, a platform or a regulator) makes a claim against us that arises from:
(a) your store, products, prices, content, images or customer data;
(b) apps, themes or services from other companies that run on your store, including a claim that a licence did not allow the changes you asked us to make;
(c) information, instructions or access you gave us, including if you were not allowed to let us work on the store; or
(d) your breach of these terms or of any law.
7.4 Section 7.3 does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by our own fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We will tell you about a claim promptly, let you take over its defence where that's reasonable, and not settle it without your agreement, which you won't unreasonably withhold.
8. Confidentiality and personal data
8.1 We keep your store access, data and audit results private, and use them only to provide our services.
8.2 To keep a record of this agreement, we store your name, business, contact details, and the time, IP address and browser you used to agree. We handle them under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and don't share them.
9. Ending the work
9.1 Either of us can end the work by WhatsApp or email. When it ends, we remove our access and, if you ask within 3 days, restore the backup as in section 3.
10. General
10.1 These terms, together with the price and scope in our audit report or written quote, are the whole agreement for the service. Where they differ, the written quote wins.
10.2 We may update these terms for new agreements. The version you agreed to applies to your work.
10.3 Agreeing electronically, by ticking the box and submitting the form, is as binding as signing on paper.
10.4 Singapore law governs these terms, and the Singapore courts decide any dispute.
