The same test Google's PageSpeed Insights runs, on a schedule, so you see a trend instead of one run that might be a fluke.
Your home page, a product page and a collection page. Each is tested twice and you see the middle result, so one slow run doesn't mislead you.
One point per page per day. When a new app or theme change makes the store slower, you can see the day it happened.
When Google has enough Chrome visits to your store, you also see how fast it was for real shoppers over the last 28 days, and whether it passes Google's Core Web Vitals check.
The apps and scripts that load on your pages, ranked by the time they cost, so you know which one to look at first.
The fixes Google suggests for your pages, biggest first, in plain English instead of developer terms.
If your home page gets much slower, you get an email that day. Every Monday, a short summary of the week.
Speed Check never edits your theme and never adds code to your store. It only reads your products, to find a product page and a collection page to test. Your shoppers never load anything from it.

Speed Check tells you what's wrong. Our website speed optimisation service fixes it: we find what holds back your first screen, fix it on a copy of your theme, and prove the result on Google's test before anything goes live.
Fixes S$350, incl. GST. Refunded if the score doesn't rise.
Speed Check has been submitted to the Shopify App Store and is waiting for Shopify's review. Once it's approved, the install button will be on this page. Until then, the sample report shows exactly what you'll get.
No. It adds nothing to your theme or your pages. The tests run on Google's computers, which load your store the way a visitor's phone would.
Google's test runs on shared computers, and your apps load at slightly different moments each time, so the same page can score 10 to 20 points apart with nothing changed. That's why Speed Check takes the middle of two runs and shows a 30-day trend instead of one number.
The home page's score falls 10 or more points below its middle score of the last 7 days, or its main content takes a second or more longer to appear. You get at most one alert a day.
Uninstall the app in your Shopify admin. Shopify stops the charge. If you uninstall during the 7-day trial, you pay nothing.
